Vinyl bootleg taken from a incomplete live soundboard recording at The Factory in Manchester 21st July 1979.
The original soundboard recording, on cassette, for this show remained in the Do-it vaults until 2008 where it appeared on eBay and was purchased by a collective of Ants fans.
The recording on this vinyl pressing has been cut down from the original soundboard cassette to enable it to fit comfortably over two sides without too much silence, guitar tuning and audience or band chat between the songs.
The label is listed as K&S Records which was a Canadian label, set up by Kurt Glemser, that issued bootlegs in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
It is likely that these bootlegs have taken the names of earlier, well known bootleggers, rather than the labels starting over again.
This release was issued in a thick card sleeve with a printed and numbered insert pasted to the front. The numbering sequence is out of 40.
The record labels are all hand stamped.
The last song on side B is a studio recording of the song Dirk Wears White Socks taken from the August 1977 Free Range Studio session.
The song is incorrectly entitled Dirk Wears White Sox which is the spelling used for the 1979 Adam and the Ants debut album.
The album is exactly the same pressing as the Factory of Noise and Factory Function bootleg albums that were pressed at the same time.
